These terms apply to your use of 25caratventures.com, operated by 25 Carat Ventures, the sole proprietorship of Adarsh Sharma, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. By using the website you accept these terms. Our services themselves are provided only under a signed Master Service Agreement and related documents, which take precedence over anything on this website.

Prices on this website are in Indian rupees, exclude GST and apply to the services described on the pricing page. The founding offer is limited to the number of firms and the closing date shown. A price becomes binding only when it is stated in a signed agreement. We may correct errors and revise list prices; for existing clients, revisions follow the Fair Renewal Promise in the Client Charter.

Screens, examples and demonstrations on this website and in walkthroughs use invented sample data for illustration. They do not show any real investor or firm.
5. Intellectual property
