1. Who we are
25 Carat Ventures is the sole proprietorship of Adarsh Sharma, based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@25caratventures.com or +91-7900 844 844.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through this website, our forms and our business enquiries. It does not cover investor data that client firms load into our platform or their own systems. For that data, the client firm decides how it is used and is the Data Fiduciary; we act only on its instructions as its Data Processor, under a signed Data Processing Agreement. If you are an investor of one of our client firms, please contact that firm about your data.
3. What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, firm name, work email, mobile number (optional), type of firm, approximate AUM band, the topic and your message.
- Checklist copy: your email, your name (optional) and your checklist score, only if you ask us to email it to you. Your checklist answers otherwise stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
- Consent records: what you agreed to, the version of the wording, the page and the time.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, recorded by our web server.
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

We never sell personal data, and we never use enquiry data for any mutual fund distribution business.
5. Who we share it with
We use these service providers to process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Zoho (forms, CRM and email), for enquiry handling.
- Pabbly (workflow automation), to move form submissions into our CRM.
- Hostinger (server hosting in Mumbai, India), for this website.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry data: up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our client records rules apply.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. After withdrawal we keep only what we need to stop contacting you.
- Consent records: for as long as we rely on the consent, and for a reasonable period after, to show it was given.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it; nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and raise a grievance with us. To do any of these, write to support@25caratventures.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before you withdrew it.
If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. See our grievance contact.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and logging to protect personal data, and we limit access to the people who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will act and notify as the law requires.
9. Children
This website is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new version number and date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where required.
